This small office building in High Holborn required a replacement water chiller to replace the existing R22 machine located on the main roof. As this was the only cooling machine to the building, the contract was completed in forty eight hours from switch off to switch on, in order to maintain cooling to the building as the project was carried out in July 2010.

Due to severe road restrictions, a Spierings folding crane was used so as to minimise the impact on the major bus route that feeds into London’s Oxford Street, thus alleviating a full road closure. The new Aermec twin circuit chiller (259kilowatts) incorporating four scroll type compressors, provided a substantial reduction in noise levels.
