Spreading the project payments over three to five years can be extremely cost effective, as well as preserving your capital.
Payments are offset against corporation tax.
Interest on payments can also be offset against rising costs over the coming years. Equipment costs are already rising rapidly due to material costs (copper and steel) as well as fuel related costs throughout the manufacturing and installation industry.
Right now, chiller replacement prices are at their most competitive due to the recession. As the date for the total ban on R22 approaches (January 2015) prices will soar, and delivery times will stretch to months instead of weeks.
Custom Built Chillers
Not only do we install standard manufacture equipment, but we can design and install customised packages for both roof and plant room applications where space and or access is a major issue, or where very low noise levels are paramount.
We also provide a dismantling and re-assembly service on standard equipment too, including not just water chillers, but also flat pack condensers, pump systems and air handling units as well.
Additionally, we can convert water cooled cooling systems, with cooling towers, into air cooled systems without cooling towers, and vice-versa.
